I cannot recommend David Joseph Powderly highly enough. He is a huge music fan as well as a brilliant player and all of that comes through in his amazing tuition. I am in my 40s and have been playing lead guitar in a gigging band forever but I felt like I had gone as far as I could without a bit more "understanding". That's when I had a friend recommend David. He totally got what I needed and tailored a plan of attack covering rhythm, scales, arpeggios and a superb mix of music to study from Chet Atkins one week to Dire straits or Dream Theater the next. Every lesson addressed a skill that I could improve.. and I did.
